Temporary Office Closure

To our patient family:
Effective March 18th, we have made the decision to temporarily close our office until the end of March, at which time, we will re-evaluate.
Although the physical office will be closed, there will be someone available to answer questions, place contact lens orders, schedule emergent issues, etc. by phone from 10am-2pm Monday-Thursday.
We are offering to extend CL prescriptions for up to 3 months for current patients. If you are in need of contact lenses, call or text the Office at 304-684-2491 to discuss or place an order. Contacts will be shipped to you with no shipping cost.
Dr. Carr is still available to see established patients for sudden vision changes, injuries, and other urgent issues. During the hours of 10am-2pm, call the Office at 304-684-2491. Outside of those hours, call and listen to the voicemail for instructions.
If you have glasses ordered or that are ready for pick up, we will be shipping those at no cost and will contact you with information. Call the Office with any questions.
